After that i am joined banking related companies. In 2011 I am joined in Manappuram finance limited as a jr staff. I am worked different positions in that organisation (Branch head, Area sales officer, Area head, Money transfer department Operation executive, Regional head - Audit & Regional manager in said organization for the period of 2011 to 2022.
After that company promotion given to me as an Assistant General Manager and transfer to Manappuram Home Finance limited, Mumbai corporate office. This company is the subsidiary company of Manappuram finance limited.
I am joined in this company as a Soft bkt colleciton head in collection and recovery department. Successfully handled pan india level branches and staff for the last one year.

Preparing target and analyzing with recovery graph, after that Target report send to all Regional managers.
Daily wise collection monitoring and analyzing.
Daily wise conducting zoom meeting (morning and evening) and collect commitments and monitoring whole days collection performance, encouraging well performed employees and daily review conducted with non performers.
MD & CEO office review attend & collection related all report will prepared in a prescribed manner.
Field collectors customer visits tracking though app, and analyzing their productivity.
Various types of collection campaigns i am successfully conducted
Branch visit, customer visit conducted for the purpose of improvement of collection & employees motivation.
