• Expertise in planning process, equipment & capacity and implementing production / process control, cost management & quality initiatives to ensure top & bottom-line profitability.

• Supply of target volumes COTTON AND MILLETS during 2002-2004 in all the production years
• Development of very strong grower base in NANDYAL, GIDDALUR AND PRODDATUR.
• Production of rice nurseries in non-paddy to ensure the quality.
• Strictly follow the 100% area measurement with GPS.
• 100 % + volume delivery in both RICE AND CORN from 2009-2012.
• Strengthen the rice grower base in TELANGANA.
• Rice production conducted differently by implementing GPS measurement, selection of non-paddy fields, CDYs, Pollination, harvest authorisation notes and FAR.
• Minimise the tray cost by tracking the day wise expenditure in TEGRA nursery operations.
• Restricted nursery damages to 3.8% in 2013 and 2.6% in 2014 ( nursery damages were as high as 7 % prior to 2013)against the target of 4%
• Regulated per tray cost to 12.6 inr /tray against the budget of 14.2 inr in 2014.
• Implemented field HSE standards in all nursery units working closely with Tegra HSE Mgr.
• As a Tool manager seed successfully delivered the finished goods with in the time in all 3 years without any deviations-It is a evolving and successful production model for the both parties.
• As a seed ops innovation lead implemented field digitalisation projects in APAC countries in Corn & Rice (Smart farm –Field data capture)
• Excellent results in China Sunflower production operations- 85% of the volume 100% Genetic purity and germination and delivery is % 110.
• Delivery of target volumes in both INDIA & BANGALDESH, CHINA.
• First time hybrid rice target delivery within the budget in BD.
• Expansion of toll which new concept and CTS model for stage 7 and above hybrids and modified and DX hybrids.

• Developing Seed Production Plan (SPP) compliant production plans & schedules; arranging resources to ensure achievement of targets as per budgeted parameters.
