Responsible for Production, Energy optimization, product quality monitoring and troubleshooting of Ethylene Oxide Ethylene Glycol(EOEG), Ethylene Recovery Unit(ERU), Diesel Hydro treating unit (DHDT) and Atmosphere and Vacuum unit (AVU). and providing technical support in M&I Shutdown Management, Process control, Process optimization and Standard operating procedures (SOP), Operating/Training Manuals & Emergency Handling procedures and Audit Documentation. Involved in the Pre-commissioning, Catalyst loading and commissioning activities of Scientific Design technology EO/EG plant and Diesel Hydro treating unit (DHDT). Worked with Reliance Industries Limited as Manager- Production (Shift In-Charge, Process Control and Operations). Responsible for production, Energy optimization, product quality monitoring and troubleshooting of Ethylene Oxide Ethylene Glycol and providing technical support in Process control, Process Simulation and P&ID updating of Ethylene oxide, Ethylene glycol plant. Team member of continual improvement programs like Kaizen, Six sigma and HAZOP study. Experience in Emergency shut down and Startup of Ethylene Oxide Ethylene Glycol Plant. Working Knowledge of ERP SAP and MS office. Good knowledge of Advance process control, Process planning, Job Safety Analysis and Risk analysis. Working Experience of Shell technology and Scientific Design technologies for EO/EG plant. Made Flushing package and have well knowledge of Solo and load run procedure, commissioning of Heat exchangers, Compressors, Pumps, Columns and Pressure vessels. Involved in the compiling of several Standard operating procedures, Emergency procedures. Having Good Knowledge of PFDs and P&IDs. A team player with strong communication, analytical, logical and problem-solving skills. Monitor operational performance against the agreed timescales and implement corrective action.
