1.  3D Modelling Responsibilites:

• Model Instrumentation Cable Tray Routing using E3D and SP3D.
• Model offline instruments, junction boxes, and panels using E3D & SP3D.
• Model tray supports as per standards in E3D & SP3D.
• Model Module & Integration Cable Routing using E3D & SP3D.

2. Drawing & Documentation:

• Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) using E3D.
• Create cable tray layouts and miscellaneous support layouts using AutoCAD.
• Prepare Level Sketches and Hook up Drawings.
• Generate Loop Diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Prepare Instrument Index and verify I/O List.
• Prepare Junction Box Grouping and Wiring Diagram
• Create Cable Block Diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) as per client requirements.

3. Review & Quality Control :

• Review measurements and resolve 3D model clashes using Navisworks.
• Update as-built markup drawings with site-based revisions.
• Extract 2D drawings from E3D using Draft Module.
• Develop layouts from SP3D using Smart Sketch Editor and AutoCAD.

4. Coordination & Communication:

• Represent the Instrumentation team in discipline meetings and client model reviews.
• Review vendor documents for compliance with design and technical requirements.
• Perform 3rd party activities: design reviews, compliance checks.
