Job Profile:

  • Provide support in preparatory and follow up work for the Remuneration Adjustment Forum (“RAF”) and Remuneration Adjustment Committee (“RAC”) on all aspects of risk and control matters
  • Manage preparation of agendas, coordinate scheduling and drafting of minutes of meetings for the RAF and drafting of papers for RAC
  • Provide support on data management, produce various data reports which will be included in papers and advice to the relevant committee’s role in proper governance of variable compensation and regulatory remuneration in relation to risk and control matters

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of template documents/reports and regular updates to the Remuneration Adjustment Committee (“RAC”)
  • Provide support in Risk and Control processes end to end including implementing the design and management of year-round processes, working closely with PRB Reward Governance, product and advisory specialists
  • Provide support for internal risk and control related messaging and ensure relevant inputs to key internal remuneration messaging documents are maintained and updated on a regular basis
