  • IAM ensures that the right people and job roles in PAYTM can access the tools they need to do their job
  • Currently working on OneLogin-SSO project to Onboard the application (We are managing 30+ inhouse and outhouse application) on the single sign on
  • Here is some point on which currently we are working.
  • Implementation: Currently we are working on implementing OneLogin SSO in our organization, we have onboard some panels on OneLogin (such as Jira, Wiki and Freshdesk)
  • Administration: We are managing OneLogin SSO, such as managing user accounts, configuring security settings, monitoring access logs, and troubleshooting authentication issues
  • Troubleshooting: We are also troubleshooting and resolve the issues related to OneLogin SSO, such as diagnosing and resolving authentication failures, resolving configuration issues, and providing technical support to end-user
  • Manage Multiple Google-suit Console for Paytm and its associated Entities i.e., Paytm.com, Paytmmall.com, One97.com, Paytmmoney.com, Paytm Insurance
  • Email id creation / Suspension / Deletion for all associated Entities of Paytm
  • Group id (Distribution List) Creation and modification as per user requirement
  • Troubleshoot Google Email related issues (Incoming, Outgoing, 2 Step Authentication, Spam, Email logs, etc.)
  • Following Standard operation procedure to provide access to users on Panels / Tools as per user requirement
  • Working on 30+ internal & external applications for User creation / Deactivation as well as troubleshooting in case of any issue
  • Performs reconciliation activity on every Application on monthly basis
  • Work with Audit Team to share evidence requested by Internal and External Auditor
  • Providing IT clearance of Separated users through an internal portal after removing all access from system.

  • Working on Active Directory (AD) for User Creation and Deactivation along with Technical Support in Case of Login issue
