As a Strategic HR leader, I bring extensive experience in managing comprehensive HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. I am recognized for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive work culture. I have a proven track record in handling industrial relations, managing contract labor, and liaising with government departments. My expertise encompasses cost management, assessing business impact, ensuring business continuity, conducting ethical audits, and HR budgeting. Additionally, I possess comprehensive knowledge of finance and P&L management as a leader.

• Won Kirloskar Icon Award for M&A Completion of La-Gajjar Machineries Private Limited from Kirloskar Management in July 2023.
• Won MD Quarterly Recognition Awards four times in 2022-23 and 2023-24.
• One of the subsidiaries, Varuna Electric, secured 3rd place in the Agility Survey conducted by a third-party consultant under the guidance of the Ahmedabad Management Association.
• Promoted to CHRO for B2C Businesses, managing six different business units with a combined revenue of 1500 crore.
• Contributed to the business acquisition and post-acquisition transformation of a 500 crore organization.
• Part of the steering committee that completed the 100% merger of Optiqua Pipes and Cables Ltd into La-Gajjar Machineries Ltd in March 2024.
• Led the establishment of a new factory in Ahmedabad and consolidated plant projects.
• Received the Agile HR Leader Award in 2023 for establishing Agile Working processes.
• Successfully managed Employee Insurance Processes like GMC, and GPA with 100% employee satisfaction and led EPFO audits and requirements with 100% compliance.
