 Budget & Cost Control

  • Develop and manage annual budgets for HR & Admin Dept inclusive of CAPEX & OPEX
  • Ensure all controls are in place to manage costs within budget.

  • Developing & Reviewing Administrative SLAs and ensure that SLA’s & OLA’s are implemented and delivery as per them.

 Administration & Facility Management

  • Ensuring maintenance of facilities including infrastructure, HVAC, buildings, and power systems.
  • Negotiating & finalizing service agreements with reliable contractors for execution of servicing works as per budgeted parameters in coordination with Indirect Purchase (Office stationaries, canteen, pantry, Security, and facility vendor etc)
  • Responsible for handling Facility/ Security Contract manpower and their compensation in accordance to applicable labor laws.
  • Responsible for ensuring good standards of Housekeeping in plant.
  • Procurement of New Mobile Connection and Telephone Connections, Data Cards for site & employees & strict adherence to usage as per policy.
  • Ensure all telecommunication devices are always in working condition.
  • Develop list & liaison with empanelled vendors for procurement of various items & services and regularly review & update the same.
  • Liaise with all statutory bodies and ensure strict adherence to all statutory compliances.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Stock Inventory Management of Office consumables, furniture, and other company assets at Office locations.
  • Office seating arrangements, organize seating for new recruits in terms of basic admin.
  • Horticulture, Waste Management, Scrap Management, floral arrangement, Sanitization, Fogging & Pest Control.
  • Guest House Management, Renovation & Maintenance, look after all the Facility provided to guest.
  • Canteen / Cafeteria Administration, facilities related to canteen infrastructure & Maintain Hygiene.
  • Responsible for Travel desk operations.
  • Responsible for ensuring ground transportation & stay arrangements for all employees and guests visiting/ travelling from & to site.
  • Negotiating with the hotels for availing best tariff plans across locations in coordination with purchase team.
  • Ensuring timely payment to service providers and resolving the disputes with regard to payment and service.
  • Identifying and developing vendors pool for achieving cost effective admin related purchases.

  • Estate & Township Management

 Crisis Management & Continual of Operations (COOP) 

  • Managing operations involving security threat analysis, decision-making, information management, problem solving, project planning, resource management, and monitoring.
  • Responsible for the overall coordination of the organization's response to a crisis, in an effective, timely manner and execution as per disaster/ emergency management program.
  • Collecting, collating & disseminating vigilance information.
  • Preparation and implementation of SOPs for emergency.
