- Designed and released around 30 mechanical systems using PTC Creo and Nx. Performed Alpha testing in lab through test Plans.
- Designed new mechanisms for defeating interlocks in circuit breakers (latch mechanism) and open large doors (door stopper) in power panels.
- Presented around 35 design reviews, used PDR-3210 to capture design specifications, and ensure compliance and safety standards by implementing S2,S8 and S22 standards.
