Approx - 25-30 projects at a time.

Project Initiation

• Interacting with client to discuss regarding project scope.
• Review project to identify unplanned impacts on scope, financials, process, schedule and deliverables.
• Conduct project analysis.
• Define process for project execution.
• Create Budget and obtain margin approvals.
• Create project in Gemini (financial tool).
• Prepare quote for project based on output from functional teams and there assumptions.
• Sending quote to client and seeking approval.

Project Planning

• Define and confirm project goals and objectives.
• Determine project plan which includes quality, risk, scope, schedule and communication plans Review and update Communication plan.
• Prepare internal and external kick off meetings that helps to organize project, set expectations and define ground rules.
• Build project team and outline process from vendor selection to successful implementation, defined by project need.

Executing

• Assigning translation job to selected vendors.
• Track quality and risk which was documented in planning phase.
• Issues if any is documented and resolved with appropriate corrective and preventive action.
• Manage and control scope changes.
• Facilitate impact assessments of scope change requests.
• Communicate outcomes of scope change requests.
• Update project documents upon approval of all scope changes.
• Control and monitor schedule variances.
• Maintaining tracker to keep eye on project status.
• Direct query management.
• Project communication like status calls and reports are executed according to communication plan.
• Responsible for project delivery to client.

Financials

• Issuing purchase order to vendors.
• Revenue forecasting of projects.
• Invoicing.
• Month-end activities.

Closure

• Post project maintenance.
• Post project review meetings (internal and external).
• Prepare improvement plans for further projects.
• Draft monthly and quarterly business review report.
