  • Developing base business case & handling the project requirement by formulating review dashboard & matrices ensuring timely escalation, envisaging risk & highlighting issues to senior leadership( CXOs).
  • Developing & managing the baselines (Cost, Schedule & Scope) of projects during the implementation.
  • Target Costing/Zero base costing of products, benchmarking, RFQs issuance, E-Bidding, budgeting & planning, negotiations for rationalising overall spend, Bidding evaluations & NPI.
