  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 82 team members, distributing the workload evenly among staff and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained. Allocating jobs and workloads to individual staff members based on their ability.
  • Implemented various Smart SOPs streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Conducting team members performance review on Monthly, Half Yearly and Annual basis. Checking their performances if not up to the mark as per the KPI for three consecutive months, taking necessary action for improving their performance.
  • Creation of several reports such as Monthly Volume Report with Billable and Non-Billable volume, Capacity Management Report, Utilization Report, Skill Matrix, CAPA, FCL Vouchering, Daily Performance Report, etc.
  • Managing Stakeholder requirements by having bi-weekly and monthly calls to understand the complains/suggestions highlighted by the front offices and to make necessary changes required in the process.
