Key Accountabilities:
1. Create an understanding experience for everyone who interfaces with the company through the centre and enhance the company's reputation.
2. Mange the day to day operations of the outlet experience and training centre.
3. Ensure the experience centre is a best-in-class facility and has all the tools to tell both the functional and aesthetic story of available products and solutions.
4. Manage the training, residential and commercial experience centre calendar, coordinate customer visits, lead special events for the centre, tracking results in .
5. Act as the company experience ambassador for all visitors to the centre, providing tours to show, tell and sell solutions and how they help the lives of customers.
6. Provide tours for VIPs and special guests of the leadership team.
7. Oversee facility upgrades and enhancements to keep the experience centre current with the latest product innovations.
8. Work closely with the local salesforce to follow up on new project opportunities that have been generated by the centre.
9. Work closely with the leaders of all the centres sales and marketing teams to implement a standardized process for capturing and reporting on the impact the centres have on the market and business.
10. Coordinate with public relations and social media teams to leverage marketing and event activity to build brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
11. Substantial experience in event planning and /or showroom management.
12. Proven track record in marketing communications and or/sales role in a retail and/or showroom environment.
13.Highly organized and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to successfully juggle multiple projects.
14. Public speaking and/or event coordination experience.
15. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to quickly learn and communicate technical knowledge.
16. Detail orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
