  • Spearheading purchase & complete supply chain management across all Divisions i.e. Boilers and Pressure Vessel Manufacturing , Presses mfg and Foundry, supported by a team of 12 persons.
  • Diagnosing procurement needs and establishing best-in-class buying strategies.
  • Identifying & developing vendors for better price, quality, delivery & increased volumes as per sales forecast.
  • Facilitating in-depth spend analysis, supplier assessments, financial perspective and market analysis to be used to improve the supply chain and help leverage the supplier base & reduce costs.

  • Generated cost saving of: Rs. 6.2 Crores in 2018-19, 8.2 Crore in 2019-20 and Rs.5.6 Crore till date by competitive buying, negotiations and developing import suppliers in China inspite of MIP / Anti Dumping duties.

Also manufacturing Alloy Wheel Plant at Mehsana, Gujarat.

  • Monitoring price of Nickel for buying decision and arranging supplies through MMTC Delhi /Mumbai to reduce cost by Rs.120-150 /Kg.
