Key Responsibilities:

Executed a robust new framework for Certification trainings in Q1FY25 within TECC certification team.

My baseline job responsibilities

Ø Engaging with stakeholders in preparation for Certification Training.

· Interlock with Controls POC & Ops POC to align on topics.

· Head Count Roster Confirmation with Ops Managers and update in TECC portal

· Partner with Controls and OPS POCs to create certification content.

· Share certification topics in Monthly Forum TECC.

Ø Content Development and Review

· Develop questionnaires for Knowledge Checks (KC).

· Internal review of content and questions (QC).

· Obtain Procurement Management sign-off.

· Translate and review content if needed.

· Align with regional POCs for final content approval.

Ø Platform and Course Setup

· Create Class ID and Course Module in SABA.

· Populate KC templates with finalized details.

· Conduct QC and testing of contents and quizzes.

· Publish content in SABA and upload module links in TECC.

Ø Launch and Assessment

· Send pre-launch and launch communications.

· Conduct the knowledge assessment period.

· Send reminders (mid-point and final deadline).

Ø Results and Analysis

· Extract and analyze result reports.

· QC and finalize the results deck.

· Communicate results via email to stakeholders (L3/L4/L5).

· Real time results are shared with the CFS leaders using Power BI Dashboard.

Maintained TECC team certification dashboard utilizing Power BI.

Quality Auditor (I5) in Controls team:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managed audits related to OM NA, GRO, AP, and Trade Compliance communications.
• I was a part of Trade Compliance mailbox, where my role is to monitor and action on the Restricted Party List (RPL) events.
• RPL list has Party of concern (entity or individual) who has been placed on a denial list by U.S. Govt or any other country's govt.
• We must ensure Dell has a process to stop current (and potential) business activity with an individual/entity who is placed on the RPL. Potential Sales, Shipments, Service Requests,
• Financial transactions(payment, refund, financing).
• RPL playbook is developed by Trade compliance team which educate the team members :
• Which Customers require deactivation.
• Evidence to document deactivation.
• Timeframe to take action.
• Once we receive an RPL activity, we will share the Excel which has restricted individuals/entities list with Credit, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams and ask them to deactivate the customers.
• Once deactivated we ask them for valid proofs such as Screenshot of deactivated account, mail confirmation that NO action Needed, Reports containing list of deactivated accounts, tags, shipments etc.
• Once evidence is collected, it needs to be uploaded in the Archer tool.
• Most important 4P’s Red Flags considered for Export Controls are:
• People – Who is involved in the transaction?
• Place – Where is our product going?
• Product – What product is being requested?
• Purpose – How will our product be used?
• Apart from Trade Compliance I used to do internal audits.
• Performed quality audits for US, Canada, and Retail Order Processing teams.
• Conducted root cause analyses on COD and escalations.
• Delegated tasks and managed reports to facilitate the release of held orders.
• Collaborated with coaches and leads to resolve critical OEI issues.

• Worked with multiple segments in OMS like Channels-Overlay, NA Commercial accounts, RPA, Try and Buy and Automation tool like ABBY
• Part of Channels Overlay process which was then recently moved from Penang to Hyderabad
