• Reliance Commercial Finance Limited (Internal Audit) (Project Head – consisting of 4 Accounts Assistants) : Meetings and Discussions with Group CEO, CFO, and Department Heads for addressing gaps and loops in the processes for the betterment of the organization.Drafting of Risk Based Internal Audit Report (RBIA) based on the Risk stressing parameters set by RBI
• Bank of Baroda (Concurrent Audit of 11 Branches) (Project Head – consisting of 2 Team leaders and 11 Audit Assistants) : Attending quarterly review meetings with Regional and Branch Managers for revenue leakages and other officers for Reserves and SWIFT transactions. Monitoring of LFAR and other monthly reports prepared by Audit Managers
• Mitsubishi Global Services (MGS) subsidiary of Mitsubishi Financial Group (MUFG BANK) (Accounts Outsourcing) (Project Head – consisting of 5 Accounts Assistants) with Turnover around 300 Crores : Control and Monitoring of Monthly MIS, Coordination with the Company’s Auditors, Company Secretary, and Directors for completion of the audits applicable to the organization. Advisory and consultancy for routine accounting and taxation matters with the company board.
• Immer Commodities India Private Limited having its holding company in singapore and Ultimate holding in Netherland (Statutory Auditor) : Monitoring the yearly Tax Calculations, statutory compliances about the finalization of financials, preparation of Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Report, etc.
• Furnace Fabrica (India) Limited (Complete Turnaround) : The Organization was in the liquidation stage and my role of responsibility included assisting the CFO, Board and Company Secretary in generating working capital. It also included other areas like coordinating with the Design Department, Engineering Department and Payroll Department to release the unpaid salary to employees who remained unpaid for more than 6 months, handling the cases of various Income Tax Notices and Indirect Tax Notices, and other statutory compliances, encouraging and motivating organizational staff for retention.
• Capital India Home Loans Limited (Statutory Audit, Limited Review) (Well-known NBFC with a total Asset size of 400.38 Crores) - Indian Corporation Group (Statutory Audit) (consisting of 19 Companies situated across India). Monitoring the yearly Tax, and statutory compliances about the finalization of financials, preparation of Tax Audits, Tax Computation etc
• Additional work : Compliance Audit, Superannuation Audit, Stock Audit, Due Diligence and Project Development Reports for Real Estate Sectors.

IPO ASSISTANCE –

• Heading Team which works as a nodal Agent between SEBI, Merchant Banker, and the company for complying with the statutory, and secretarial requirements as per SEBI norms.

• Handling of 8 Electronics and 8 garments branches and monitoring, checking working prepared by subordinates such as Cash flows, Profit and Loss Statements, Forex workings, Notices and Orders, complying with audit requirements, Cash monitoring reports and other Tax compliances
• Monitoring the Shopeazee Software related to credit card and Bajaj Finance

• Credit Appraisal: Commercial Loan which includes Cash Credit, Mortgage OD, Term Loan, and other business-related loans for all the files above 1 Crore
• Retail Loan which includes Housing Loan, Vehicle Loan, and Property Mortgage Loan
• Other Activities: Monitoring includes checking the drawing power, taking monthly stock statements, checking working capital, overdue, whether utilization of loans for specific purposes, checking for unusual deposits, and huge credits in the account
