READING; Instead of just writing that you enjoy reading, you should be more specific and write about the genre (historical fiction, autobiographies, business management, psychology etc.) or authors or topics you like reading about.
Once you give some specifics it is quite likely that the interviewer may ask you questions about what you've learned from your reading. Be genuine and be prepared.

MUSIC; If you actually play a musical instrument with reasonable proficiency (such that you could give a solo recital and/or perform as a member in an amateur band), then you could briefly mention it in your resume.
