  • Audits of Warranty Claims, Special tools & Equipment's, parts Stock.
  • Conducting free service camps, and Vendor’s service camps to Customer at Workshop level and field.
  • Making availability of spare parts with dealer and customer to reduce vehicle downtime.
  • WARRANTY PROCESS :-
  • Considering & Approving Warranty Claims & Uploading on DMS. Failed parts visual inspection.
  • Monitoring of Failed part dispatch & proper tagging
  • Having warranty Self certification from the company.
  • OEM/VENDOR SUPPORT :-
  • Meeting with vendor service teams to get service support and bonding relationship.
  • Arranging Vendor Training and meeting in dealership on the time of Free Service Camp.
