At FCS, I served as the Head of Operations and Senior Project Manager for AlphaCrest Capital Management. In this role, I successfully managed a broad range of operations to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to the client. Specifically, I oversaw business development, operational workflows, data science and analytics, quantitative research, trading system development and support, research infrastructure and support, trading operations support, risk and analytics, web development, compliance, infrastructure, and HR. With my exceptional leadership skills and expertise in these areas, I helped the team achieve operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional service to the client.

During my tenure at Conduent, I had the opportunity to lead teams across different portfolios, including E-discovery, Development and Support, and JIRA. As a team leader in E-discovery, I guided a team of close to 100 people and successfully delivered quality and timely projects using litigation e-discovery tools such as Omnix, ViewPoint, and Relativity. In Development and Support, I was responsible for enhancing products, managing releases and versioning, and providing database and application support. Additionally, as a JIRA expert, I managed all instances of JIRA, oversaw projects and development across the organization, and developed automations.
