Primarily configured Dailymail.co.uk on Akamai platform. The website is one if top 10 websites visited in UK. I primarily managed performance of the website and directly worked with clients to fix daily issues. I used various Akamai solutions to improve download speed of the website. Used linux and kibana extensively to parse billions of requests to investigate frequently issues. Also built automation script to parse the same logs to find root cause effectively.

I managed applications running on multiple app servers. Primarily supported and fixed issues multiple tier1 clients like comcast, mastercard and genworth. I also supported issues with citrix cloud. Built automation to fix issues automatically before they can occur.
