The Executive - Medical Chart Retrieval is responsible for coordinating with medical facilities and healthcare providers to retrieve medical records and charts. This role involves making outbound calls to medical facilities, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the timely retrieval of medical charts as required by health insurance clients. The executive will act as a liaison between healthcare providers, medical facilities, and insurance companies to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards.
