By leveraging Python and StackStorm Orchestrator, we automated and streamlined mundane tasks across multiple teams, resulting in over a thousand hours of manual effort savings and significant cost reductions totaling several thousand dollars. Major Automations include:

• Monitoring of Database Blocking Sessions: Using Python and SQL, we proactively monitor the blocking sessions on the DB servers and kill the blocking or blocked session accordingly. This has saved over 300 hours of manual efforts till date. Major tools used include Python, MSSQL, StackStorm, BigPanda and ServiceNow
• Data Housekeeping: This automation proactively monitors the humongous file housekeeping activity on a scheduled basis ensuring that all files crossing a retention period are compressed and moved to save storage. This automation has saved over 250 hours of manual efforts till date. Major tools used include Python, StackStorm and PowerShell.
• User Onboarding and ID Extension: This automation takes the ID of a newly joined resource and created requests in ServiceNow for all the required accesses and tools installation in their respective machines etc. Also, for the members onboarded to client infra, this proactively extends their AD account expiry by raising the servicenow requests. This automation has saved over 800 hours of manual efforts till date and is also customized and used in various client's infra. Major tools used include Python, StackStorm, ServiceNow.
• Stock Price Analysis and Report Generation: This project utilizes Power BI for accurate stock market prediction and in-depth analysis, offering valuable insights for informed investment decisions. Major tools used include Power BI and Python.

Also, I guided the team to Agile principles and methodologies to ensure the team works in an Agile mindset and utilizing Scrum practices. This also ensured the team achieves higher levels of maturity by improving their process by adhering to Scrum framework.
