Client - Nike & ITC- I lead a five-member team for the transformation and automation of billing and stock management processes across Singapore, Hong Kong and USA. • I was also responsible for designing and automating the manual reporting processes
• This was achieved by deploying 10 bots that collect data across systems, push data into SAP application and generate reports for auditing

Client RMIT- As an Elastic search consultant, my role was to build engines using web crawlers pulled in the data from the existing website and transformed the web content into searchable content

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed and optimized complex Elasticsearch queries to deliver fast and accurate search results
• Created custom Elasticsearch index mappings to efficiently model and store structured and unstructured data
• Created Crawl rules to allow or disallow specific paths within a domain
• Restricted paths using crawl rules
• Implemented relevance tuning techniques, including boosting, synonyms, and custom analyzers, to improve search accuracy and precision
• Managed entry points to instruct the crawler to fetch the URLs.

Client Global Payments - The business view is an application that handles the data for all the merchants and the users under each merchant. This application is used by acquirers and merchants to monitor transactions, view statistics, and generate reports.

• Developed a feature to fetch merchant details and associated data
• Defined the right IAM controls for users to access the data
• Worked in an agile manner for the development of new features and enhancements

• Used SAST SCAN for continuous inspection of code quality to perform automatic reviews with static analysis of code to detect bugs, code smells, and security vulnerabilities
• Building web services to provide a better mechanism to generate reports for Merchants by easily querying data like transaction data.
