In my current position as Director, Delivery, I am responsible to

• Take care of the customization and deployment of our digital health platform to a diverse range of clients, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client needs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, clinical, and UI/UX teams, to drive project success
• Manage testing and test automation processes, optimizing delivery cycles to enhance efficiency and meet project timelines
• Manage customer escalations effectively, maintaining transparent communication channels, and prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Responsible for financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure the financial health of projects.
• Perform people management duties, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, to build and maintain a high-performing team.
• Oversee resource allocation and optimization, ensuring the right resources are assigned to the right tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery

In addition to my role as Director of Delivery at Welldoc India, I am also started a not-for-profit initiative, https://boltcode.io/ This platform is dedicated to aiding engineers and college graduates in career preparation. It offers curated blogs, tech stacks, and courses designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their respective fields

Following were the major responsibilities that I had when in the role.

• I served as the product manager for Genpact’s Cora CommandCenter, a platform that centralizes RPA and workflow orchestration across various locations and systems. My responsibilities included market research, competitive analysis, and crafting requirements from the ground up
• Additionally, I was instrumental in establishing the RPA Center of Excellence at Genpact, a strategic initiative undertaken when the company decided to significantly invest in RPA practices.
• I played a key role in establishing Digital testing practice, a team of over 140 professionals responsible for generating over $10 million USD in revenue. This involved strategic recruitment, development of test automation frameworks and knowledge and active involvement in presales activities, identifying growth opportunities with existing customers. Furthermore, I was instrumental in defining and implementing testing processes, quality assurance protocols, and best practices, all of which are critical components in setting up a successful software testing practice within IT services companies

Following were the major responsibilities that I had when in the role

• Built an automation framework using open-source tools and developed an implementation strategy for automation to support current programs and future roadmap
• Analyze the current state of testing and streamline the process
• Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to project teams and Automation test engineers for the implementation of testing automation processes and best practices as needed
• Streamline the test environments used across different programs and optimize the resources

Initially served as a consultant from Idexcel Technologies, later transitioning to a permanent role at Endeavour Technologies (Genpact)

Following were the major responsibilities that I had when in the role

• overseeing a team of 90+ testing engineers and managing client relations.
• Responsibilities include team management, setting up testing processes, negotiating with various project teams for reliable release management, enhancing team skills, and maintaining customer relations.
• Established key testing assets like "Test Automation Frameworks", "Device Virtualization Tools", and "Network Virtualization Tools" using a mix of open-source and commercial tools.
• Responsible for creating proposals for testing projects and presales activities including taking care of RFPs
• Lead the creation of testing project proposals, presales activities, and the development of marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and website content for Endeavor's testing services

Spent 8 years at Nokia India. Following were the major responsibilities that I had when in the role

• Served as Chief Engineer for S60 SDK at Nokia India, overseeing packaging and public release of the S60 SDK.
• As Program Manager for Nokia Money Solutions, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating a range of interrelated projects. This involved liaising with third-party technology providers and internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, timely delivery, and overall program success
• As a Test Manage. I was instrumental in establishing labs, pre-production, and QA environments, along with coordinating deployment activities. I played a significant role in defining transition plans, test processes, release practices, and test strategies. Additionally, I led the formulation of Test Governance, Test Plans, and optimization strategies across numerous projects.
• Implemented many tools and test automation frameworks for performance, functional testing, on both web and mobile applications.
• As a Product Acceptance Manager for Nokia Mobile Payment Service, I effectively coordinated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness activities. Collaborated seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, product management, sales, marketing, operations, and R&D teams. I was also involved in verifying different operational readiness aspects like Call centre, Marketing materials, sales channel training, SOPs, customer onboarding, reports, user guides, SW distribution logistics etc

I Was responsible for porting and testing multimedia applications like media players, and image viewers on Panasonic’s proprietary mobile platform for Japan Market

I Was responsible for testing the Mobile Operator billing system

• Played a pivotal role in a start-up environment, initially as a subcontractor from Relq and later absorbed by Emuzed, gaining extensive exposure to various aspects of technology.
• Developed and implemented test applications for evaluating mobile multimedia applications and components on the S60 platform, ensuring functionality and performance at both unit and system levels.

• As a key component of my final year project, I successfully ported Motorola's WAP browsers to various mobile platforms
