1. Project Description - ERS to ADC migration

Canada asset required to be migrated to P59- S/4 HANA system and also have the postings done for Canada in both P16 and P59 (SAP S/4 HANA). The final target was to integrate these datasets in way that handles duplication of Canada dataset giving preference to P59 dataset.

2. Project Description - FO-DNA

Building multiple Finance ,Material, Ledger accounts,Purchase reports in HANA with the standard t-codes based on client requirement which is being consumed in the ADLS system for further reporting.

Roles and Responsibility :

• Expertise in design and implementation of SAP Native HANA modelling with extensive experience in HANA environments (S/4) for Shell's ADC-ERS and FO-DNA projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational objectives.
• Prioritized business requirements and effectively communicated project plans with stakeholders, obtaining review and approval to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilized the SLT Data Provisioning Tool to replicate tables across Development, Quality, and Production environments, ensuring accurate and efficient data synchronization.
• Proficient in creating calculation views using advanced transformations such as star join nodes, aggregations, and rank operations to develop effective data models and support analytical requirements.
• Contributed to production deployment processes and managed User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with clients and team members to ensure successful application releases.

Client - Bayer

1. Project Description - RISE

As a part of the RISE program our objective of the project was to build data models for client Bayer - Material and Sales related data from S/4 data source for EU, US region which was further being consumed in the BW system for reporting.

Technical Tools Utilized : SAP HANA Studio, Data Modelling, SQL, XSA, SLT, SDA, SDI, CTS+ ChaRM , JIRA

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Created and optimized Dimension and Cube calculation data models, including the development of Calculation Views, .hdbtables, and .hdbprocedures based on reporting requirements and functional specifications.
• Replicated tables from ECC systems using SLT and created virtual tables for Non-SAP source systems using Smart Data Access and SDI; resolved data replication issues by analyzing job logs and errors.
• Managed the transport of models through CTS+ ChaRM processes and HALM to production environments, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to change management protocols.
• Led a team of 10 members in daily Scrum meetings, coordinated with clients to gather and understand requirements, and delivered high-quality service to build and maintain client relationships for future opportunities.
• Scheduled jobs and managed security roles using XSA to ensure efficient job execution and proper access control in the SAP HANA environment.
• Collaborated with Basis and AWS teams to manage data refresh activities, maintaining data integrity and availability in BW Development and QA systems for accurate testing and reporting, and provided support for business analysis and documentation.

Client - Global Pharmaceutical Company

1. Project Description - Cost Center Open Items. As part of the project requirement to build Data Model for cost center open items it should represent the open items
for the specific cost center and will identify the master data linked with the mentioned cost center. The report will serve as a one stop report to list all the items where the specified cost center is maintained.

2. Project Description - Gigya Customer Data Platform

As a part of the project we had a develop data model to capture information related to customer trend in different regions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Proficiently analyzed functional specification documents and engaged with clients to gather detailed requirements, delivering regular updates and conducting client demonstrations at the end of each sprint.
• Designed and created Calculation Views for Dimension, Cube, and Cube with star join structures, including currency conversions, input parameters, variables, and calculated/restricted columns, while improving view performance using explain plans and visual plans.
• Led System Integration Testing (SIT) and Unit Testing, and provided comprehensive support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring application quality and functionality.
• Utilized various join types (Referential, Text, Inner, Left Outer) to design efficient data models and leveraged SQL for enhanced data management and query performance.
• Created Unit Testing plans and Functional Specification Documents, submitting detailed documentation to clients for future reference and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
