• Engaged in developing a Career Restart Program focused on diversity hiring and inclusion initiatives. Approximately, we connected with over 100 candidates, of whom we shortlisted 20%. Serving as a skilled advisor, we provided impactful career guidance, offered interview opportunities within our organization, and made referrals within our HR network.

• Acted as a core volunteer in organizing and facilitated tech community sessions aimed at fostering knowledge sharing and networking within the local tech community. (Kissflow sponsors a community called CTOtalk for engineering leaders and SaaS design for designers). Helped plan CTOtalk national summit 2023. Coordinated speakers, promoted events, and improved session relevance based on attendee feedback.

• Created brand awareness among 500 senior tech folks across India, was responsible for bringing 200 participants for the events. Converted 55% of outreach efforts towards CTOtalk.

• Awards - Rising Star - Garnered consecutive promotions in recognition of consistently delivering excellence in securing A+ candidates.
