Handling end-to-end IT/ Non IT Technical recruitment.
● Having experience into Permanent Staffing and Contract staffing.
● Understand the Client Requirements and Interacting with the Team lead and Account Manager for better
understanding of requirements.
● Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal like Naukri, Monster & LinkedIn also through Reference.
● Screening the Candidate based upon the educational qualification, technical skills, Communication skill and
experience.
● Communicating to candidates to find out their suitability as per requirement and also to know their interest.
● Searching resumes through internal databases, references and external entities like, Mass Mailing through job
boards, Job Posting.
● Screening, filtering & short listing resumes according to Client specifications. Briefing the candidates about the
job profile, salary package, organization, etc...
● Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates for the Interview.
● Scheduling face-to-face and telephonic Interviews for the shortlisted candidates and send interview call letters
for the same.
● Maintaining tracker on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
● Well versed with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) Tools
