Roles and Responsibilites:

  • Worked on monitoring the ISDC Dashboard and sending of hourly report based on the provisioning in Various DC's .
  • Starting of bridge call based on highest number of capability failures in each Dc's.
  • Customer tickets related to Procurement and renewal of Cloud integration Certificates based on their expiry , Provisioning and Decommissioning of Tenants, Account expiry, Requests related to adding and removal of users to the subaccount to access tenants.
  • Capacity Management report to check if there is proper space to provision new tenants. Quota report: to check on there are enough quotas allocated to each dc's for provisioning, else send mail to teams requesting for Quota based on the dc's with shortage to make sure no failure in provisioning happens.
  • Working on account expiry tickets for tenants nearing to expiry of license, checking of the license category, Subaccount and global account owner.
  • Performing smoke test to make sure the tenants are getting provisioned in Dcs that have more capability failure. Deactivation of tenants that were provisioned for smoke test.
  • Tunnelling to Db for getting the tenants related information based on the capabilities activated, tenant ID, subaccount ID, Global account ID, Suser ID.
  • Decommission of tenants for the licenses which were expired and not renewed, and for customer based request.
  • Tools worked on: Jenkins, pgAdmin, Eclipse, Postman, Prov app, CIS, SPC, Inspect, ISDC, Cloud Reporting, SAP Passvault, Service Now.
