- Monitoring the live transaction in the Base24 using TACL also checking the station and process, If the any station and process in abnormal state then running the script.
- Worked on ticketing tools like service now and OTRS for keep tracking of live incidents.
- Monitoring electronic retail payment switch(Base24) and working on various files like PTLF, 80 byte generation and co-ordination with omnipay team for the further delivery and payment cycle completion.
- Created the python script to automate the weekly OTRS report for management to segregate the data depends on the condition.
- Worked in power automate to create the multiple automate flows to handle the simulations for interns.
- Created the automated check-in process for Fiserv project. It will calculate the shift allowance on daily basis and send the mail to employee if he did check-in on time or did the late check-in. Monthly allowance shift file will send to management team.
