Internal Communications and Employee Engagement – Specialist
- Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication & employee engagement strategy, planning the calendar of HR activities, to increase levels of employee engagement & thus promote employee advocacy.
- Editing, proofreading and designing content to support for internal teams to drive campaigns and business communication.
- Ensuring best practices are followed so acting as a communication consultant for the leadership and other departments, and advise them on best practices.
- Owning various channels of communication from our internal social networking / collaboration tools and regular employee surveys, reward & recognition programs and events - and to take a central role in several other employee engagement initiatives.

People Relations – Specialist
· Providing coaching/consulting/support and interpretation of People Relations (PR) policies, standards and procedures to Team Members, Leaders and HR Business Partners
· Providing consulting services to HRBPs on managing disciplinary matters and escalated cases. Provide strategic consultative services to various internal stakeholders on specific change management and culture-related issues
· Managing and tracking ER cases from initiation to resolution. Advise relevant stakeholders of the progress, closures and on associated risks
· Contributing to the development and enhancement of ER/HR policies, standards, procedures and guidelines in accordance with company standards and in ensuring relevance to local culture, labor laws, and practices
· Engaging HRBPs, employees and line management in awareness and training programs of employee relations matters including POSH
· Ensuring 100% legal compliance w.r.t labor laws and statues.
