Job Responsibilities:

• To be accountable for the overall implementation and execution of the production planning process, generation of weekly, monthly production plans.
• Developed comprehensive production plans to align with sales forecasts and customer demand patterns.
• Run MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and monitor material flow.
• Maintain BOM, Routing, Work Centers in SAP for production planning.
• Perform inventory audits and resolve discrepancies to optimize stock levels.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
• Analyze Plan vs Actual production output and implement corrective actions.
• Providing support to end users in PP related problems
• Generate MRM reports and participate in management review meetings.
• Improved on-time delivery rates with advanced forecasting tools and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conducted root-cause analysis of recurring issues impacting production schedules or output quality; implemented corrective measures accordingly.
• Increased capacity utilization , identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to maximize output.
• Collaborated with procurement team to secure timely deliveries of critical components , minimizing disruptions in the manufacturing process.

• Company Overview: MEIPL organization is in business of welded tube manufacturing such as ERW, CDW, DOM, Cold Pilgering and Bimetallic or composite tubes for automobile and non-automobile.50% business share in export and 50% automotive domestic.

• Raised raw material demand based on forecast planning .
• Optimized inventory management , reducing non-moving inventory .
• Developed and executed export shipment plans in coordination with logistics.
