  • Fill out enrollment forms and sending out to insurances to get the provider/group credentialed or re-credentialed.
  • Checking status of the application on regular basis.
  • Maintaining credentialing grids and sending the updated status on bi-weekly basis.

Prior Authorization

  • Initiating prior authorization request on call or through web portal.
  • Checking status of the prior authorization request on daily basis.
  • Prepared month reports for authorization process.
