Current Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading an offshore team and gathering requirements from customers. I worked closely with business analysts to shape the stories and create solutions for them. I coordinated with the team to ensure that the solutions were implemented effectively and efficiently.

• Experienced in Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, product rules, price rules, quote and contract templates, contracts, and subscriptions

Implementing Existing Functionalities to Lightning.

Details:

In this role, I collaborated with onsite team members and client stakeholders to gain an understanding of their requirements and address any impediments. I created custom fields, field dependencies, and relationships between business objects and tabs in Salesforce.com. Additionally, I updated page layouts and picklist for various fields and used workflows to automate business needs.

I also developed Apex, triggers, and Visualforce pages, updated profiles for new applications, and configured users' roles, permissions, and profiles as per business requirements. I customized page layouts for Salesforce.com standard and custom objects and created custom objects to build new applications.

Furthermore, I created test classes for Apex components and VF Email controllers and worked with Process Builder, Standard, and VF Email to trigger email alerts based on different use cases in Salesforce Lightning. I prepared MOM documents and tracked daily, weekly, and monthly incident and enhancement records for the entire team to follow the SLA.

In another project, I worked on implementing existing functionalities to Lightning in a Goods Transportation project. This involved working on different Lightning components to create quick menus of records, accordion sections, select options, and record edit forms, as well as creating quick actions to create records. I also worked on different triggers before and after insert, update, and delete, Apex classes for new requirements, and test classes and package XML files for the same. Additionally, I worked on page layouts and profile permissions, as well as the Process Builder and workflows on different objects to send emails and update fields.
