• Maintain compliance in consultation with IT consultant of organization
• Installation, Maintenance, Upgrading, Troubleshooting for Computer Systems, Network, Peripherals, Repairing, Mail Server Office 365, Internet Services etc.
• Perform operating system software installation, patching, upgrading and maintenance.
• Maintain files systems and directories mounted on the servers in compliance with the current organizational SOPs
• Perform data backup process and Electronic data archiving
• Troubleshooting and up gradation of system(s) and software(s) as and when required.
• Assign and configure firewall rules and group polices.
• Maintain and protect from viruses through centralize Antivirus Consol.

• Installation, Maintenance, Upgrading, Troubleshooting for Computer System, Network, peripherals, Repairing, Mail server, Internet Server and internet services.
• Handling Day to Day User Problems related to companies software, Hardware, Network, Printer. Main Server Domain/Workgroup/User/Groups/Data Protection.
• Troubleshooting WAN (Radio Frequency Tower) AP Connectivity
• Regularly Checkup Antivirus Server Updates, Database Server, Mail Server and check Antivirus update and version to users system.
• Handling Companies other plants & offices support through Telephonic, or VNC, Remote Desktop etc.

• Troubleshooting and Resolving Users system problem on Customer Site.
• Repairing Motherboard, printer, scanner hardware issues.
• Faulty part replacement of desktop and laptop.
• Laptop troubleshooting and repairing.
• Give support to RE (Residence Engineer) through Telephonic or on Site location.
• PM and Inventory of Our Customer AMC IT Assets
