• Led the Discovery phase engagement with client’s Safety & Productivity Solutions (SPS) Team, for product requirements finalization, resulting in SOW worth half million USD approx. being signed

• Provided day to day L1, L2 support for Upstream applications like Petrel, Landmark Suite, Sitecom, Discovery Web etc. by investigating & fixing application issues proactively
