- KEYS Data Base Owner (2018/03 - 2018/10) - A performance metrics self-service portal which provides visibility to individual associates and teams average quality scores. This portal helps both managers and associates to be updated on how the team or individual is trending on key performance metrics. The tool was built using java script, HTML for UI design and AWS S3 for server functionalities and MySQL for database management.
- Equal Sampling Dashboard V-team owner (2018/08 - 2019/06) - Equal sampling Dashboard is a Microsoft DAX global project which helps the quality team to use the randomization sampling strategy and X-ray each and every process within the Alexa certifications and monitoring teams. This project provides a statistical data analysis as per the team's capacity, process work inflows and numerically offers the most critical process to be audited for each categories in the process which helped the quality team to improvise its audit techniques and reporting system.
