Played a key role in the inception and growth of J4C Group, also known as Jett 4 Construction, a leading construction company specialising in data centers and IT parks. Contributed to its evolution from a startup to managing over ₹1,500 Crores in projects, with 3.5 million sq. ft. under development. Collaborated on end-to-end construction services & leading client interactions, enabling the company to establish offices in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Kolkata, and build a solid workforce on site and at office.

• Analysis of financial statements of the Companies for the quarter and year ended and identification of variances/ substantial movements in comparison with previous quarters and year and highlighting the variances along with reasons to the CFO and the finance team of holding Company
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS format including the approved budgets for the Company and comparing the figures with actual figures to derive the reason for change and highlight to the management
• Consolidation of all entities in compliance with the relevant IFRS/ Ind AS and other laws & regulations relevant for completion of the function

• Managing a team and framing of new rules and initiatives for the team for completion of work efficiently and in compliance with quality standards (which includes scheduling of daily calls for coaching and review separately and initiating interactions and collaborative work culture within the team)
• Learning and helping team in understanding of new software introduced by the KPMG for audit - KPMG Clara Workflow by conducting regular sessions
• Managing multiple client assignments simultaneously and completion of work to the satisfaction of the partners and managers
• Leading teams and helping them in understanding of IFRS and GAAP from planning through to the completion of audit
• Key work area includes preparation of intercompany recoverability assessment/ analysis for a group comprising of around 40 Companies for which I have received appreciation from the team lead
• Domain: Statutory Audits of entities based in UK in compliance with IFRS/ FRS standards & UK GAAP regulations

• Actively manage all aspects of audit including the planning, risk assessment, scoping, control analysis, testing, issue development and reporting phases
• Planned and conducted statutory and other compliance audits to assure financial statements are fairly presented in alignment with Indian GAAP, AS and Ind AS
• Identified and assessed risks of material misstatement of financial statements due to fraud
• Assessed internal controls and carried out reviews before submissions to engagement partners
• Provided appropriate advice to clients on proposed developments & amendments to the applicable tax laws and proposed initiatives to help ensure compliance, so that risks are properly identified, evaluated and appropriate controls build in
• Leading a team of 5 to 7 members in completion of assignments of tax audit and statutory audit to the satisfaction of the audit partner, ensuring that the members learn and grow with the work they are performing
• Ensuring that the books of accounts of client along with the financial statements are in compliance with the tax regulations (both direct and indirect tax) and necessary action has been taken in respect of the litigations, for the relevant period
• Making presentations and having discussions regularly on new amendments, relevant acts, and other topic of relevance on auditing and maintenance of books of accounts with the entire Lodha & Company team
