Auto Denial: Led the delivery of Auto-Denial workflow to automate dispute resolution, including requirement clarification, PRD review, design, development, and UAT support. Authored the Auto-Resolution architecture enabling Auto-Denial, Auto-Approval, and Re-dispute resolution use cases; design approved by two SDE-3s. Implemented using AWS Step Functions and EventBridge Schedules with 100% test coverage. Collaborated with 3 partner teams and resolved critical UAT issues within 24 hours. $2M cost savings realized by the Auto-Denial system from Jan-Aug 2025 by preventing invalid payouts. Additionally, the Auto-Denial system has dramatically improved efficiency by reducing Average Handling Time (AHT) from 38 minutes to 0 minutes per case.
PQV re-dispute : I worked as an away-team member to develop the PQV re-dispute functionality. During the PQV re-dispute project, I assumed full ownership, handling tasks such as requirement clarification, design, task breakdown, effort estimation, task assignment, user acceptance testing, and product launch. This project brings the re-dispute lifecycle into the Dispute Management system, saving an expected 35 FTEs of effort.
Auto Approval: Took over the project mid-execution with partial implementation, multiple escalations, and high-priority defects. Streamlined delivery by stabilizing the system, fixing existing bugs, completing UAT and PVT, and expanding rollout to 17 additional countries. Reduced Average Handling Time (AHT) from 15 minutes to 0 minutes per case, driving full-scale automation for approvals. ~30K disputes processed from Jan–Oct 2025, saving 7,500+ hours of manual operational effort.
VR reason code automation: Delivered my team’s first Weblab-based (feature-control) rollout, updating dispute reason codes in alignment with new global SOP. Added 6 new reason codes and removed 2, increasing total to 22. Ensured synchronized updates across 4 pipelines (3 internal + 1 external) via MCM deployments, including configuring Weblab in the team package. Conducted internal learning sessions to onboard the team to Weblab usage. Collaborated with 3 stakeholders across 2 partner teams (FinAuto-Dispute, SPFT) to drive requirements, UAT, and launch activities.,
RARE UI/UX : Served as FOC Subject Matter Expert and led UI/UX modernization of the RARE (Research and Recommendation Engine) for ~6 months. Owned requirement clarification, scoping, effort estimation, project planning, UI design, and development. Delivered features across Ruby and JavaScript within a unified framework while collaborating with 3 stakeholders from 3 partner teams through UAT and launch. Configured Weblabs for feature-controlled deployment of 24 UI capabilities, ensuring safe and phased rollout across regions. Authored the RARE UI/UX Design Doc, reviewed and approved by 3 teams. Developed high-impact features including Save (used 11,672+ times in first 2 months post-launch) and Update Reason Code (used 294+ times in the first 2 months post-launch), demonstrating strong adoption and operational value.
