• Collaborated with development and business teams to define test requirements and ensure all user stories and functional requirements were properly covered across both testing approaches.
• Conducted end-to-end, regression, and integration testing, ensuring software performance and functionality aligned with business requirements and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Assisted in manual and automated testing of cruise-related software applications, ensuring high-quality and bug-free user experiences for cruise booking, reservation systems, and onboard services.
• Supported the development and execution of automated test scripts, improving efficiency in testing features like booking flows, payment gateways, and guest management systems.
• Conducted functional and regression testing on various cruise-related features, including booking, customer portals, and mobile apps, ensuring they met business and user requirements.
• Worked with the team to verify integration between booking systems, payment processors, and customer databases, ensuring seamless operation across platforms.
