 One of the key team members in implementing JIT. (KANBAN, Traceability system, FIFO and 5S), implemented Customer Dispatch using Supplier Kanban to all parts for smooth operations, Kanban system implementation for vendor material management
 Appreciated and acknowledged for reducing internal logistics routes in Shop floor from 6 to 5 (Two associates per day equals Rs. 432000/- per year) and Instrumental in Implemented system for Controlled use of Rust Preventive Oil thereby achieving Rs. 5000/- cost reduction per month.
 Implemented Rejection Collection System for both regular and Sub assembly parts, Instrumental in Implementing Bar-Coding for Material Tracking, Team Member of Raw Material Cost Reduction Committee.
 Developed Planning Tool using MS-Excel.
 ISO TS 16949:2000 Quality Management system (QMS) document & procedures written for PPC& Logistics department.
 Worked for new project for packing method, internal logistics & storage method development.

Achievements and Accomplishments
 Taken care of shipments clearance (Courier, Air Cargo & Sea modes) from customs for about 1 year (Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai & Delhi) due to EXIM person left the company suddenly.
 Handled Warehouse for about 8 months during Warehouse in charge was not there due to accident.
 Depreciation calculation for lenses products done.
 Material receipt channel process stream lined in 2011~2012.
 Excess stocks, slow moving & Non – moving SKU’s / Products taken back from branches, which in turn reduced central planning ordering to suppliers, Inventory qty & Value reduced and also by continuously analyzing the sales/ consumptions.
 Handled Warehouse shifting smoothly from one location to another location during 2012~2013.
 Liquidation of Obsolete products to other countries successfully intern savings to the Company.
 Repair & Return process to other countries.
 DRP (Distribution requirement planning) for lenses successfully completed in EIPL Blue channel.
