• Designed dynamic invoice templates and generated PDFs for automated invoicing.
• Implemented features for applying discounts, managing security deposits, and enforcing dunning and billing policies to streamline the billing lifecycle.

• Developed and maintained a comprehensive CRM system focused on customer lifecycle management, including creation, retrieval, and editing of customer profiles, encompassing personal and account details.
• Implemented features for managing customer interactions and history tracking, to enhance customer service efficiency.
• Designed and integrated a robust Document Management module for handling file operations, including uploading, retrieving and processing documents via FTP and Hadoop-based storage systems.
