Description: WWL is the logistics group which handles the inland and ocean transportation. It is used worldwide for shipment of cargo's, RoRo's, Containers through vessels to the various countries in the world. In Ocean Transportation, we have Tibco integration team for the development and the enhancement of the shipment details with the ETA and ATA's of load and discharge of the vessel, as per the requirement of the customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Well versed with middleware technologies of TIBCO
• Extensively worked on understanding the business requirements, involving clientinteraction.
• Hands on experience on working on tickets created by business within timeline.
• Involved in application support.

Description: This project deals with maintenance and functionality of the meter readings and periodic billing for all the customers registered with the client. Functionalities include moving in a new customer, adding a new product to the existing premise, and extending contracts depending on the client's requirement.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Worked in the Application Maintenance team using Tibco Business Works 5.14.
• Responsible for proactive monitoring of the entire system and preventing priority issues and resolving incidents with stipulated SLA.
• Built Unix scripts to increase the efficiency and automation of the monitoring system.
• Worked with stakeholders to determine implementation and integration of system-oriented projects.
• Implemented security measures and software to maintain network integrity.
• Kept current on all federal and corporate regulations regarding security, ensuring compliance.
• Identified software issues and handled troubleshooting to resolve quickly.
• Assisted employees with resolving network problems at remote locations.
• As part of improvement initiatives, responsible for automating a couple of business processes that saved the client's manual work and contributed to around 18K euros savings.
• Responsible for deploying Tibco applications from the back end (UNIX) and UI (Tibco Administrator) Responsible for managing the Tibco iProcess Suite for implementing business processes Part of another team (Customer Contact Business Process Management – ccBPM) deals with quick resolution of errors and the prevention of high priority issues.
• Perform problem diagnosis, collect relevant information, and research the issue to find out the root cause to resolve the issue.
• Involving in service, application, and logs monitoring through TIBCO Admin Console and UNIX Box.
• Communicating with other groups to determine the issues and causes.
