As successfully delivered in previous role with best ever performance and lowest cost, was given opportunity to manage all buckets starting from front end buckets upto written off portfolio e.g. 0 bucket to infinity bucket for entire Rural Markets

Basis performance in regional role as was able to deliver best performance to ensure lowest ever flow to higher buckets, being offered the opportunity to serve as national role to manage GCL buckets for entire nation from previously only Maharashtra.

As due highest recovery rates in pas role as area collection manage, was promoted to regional position and was offered to manage GCL buckets so to tighten flow to higher bucket and save in provision of losses and written offs

Was responsible to manage written off portfolio and to deliver 1% rate of return with the help of legal and skip tracing tools

Was responsible to manage gross credit loss buckets so to ensure lowest write offs
