• Experience with Cisco firewall configurations, including routing, ACLs, NAT rules, IPSec VPN setup, and High Availability (HA) configurations.
• Proficient in setting up Cisco Umbrella, creating policies for application and content filtering, file type controls, remote access, and troubleshooting access-related issues.
• Experience with Cisco ISE, including TACACS and RADIUS configuration and management, wired and wireless 802.1X authentication, VPN authentication, as well as ISE posturing and profiling.
• Skilled in configuring ACLs, NAT, VLAN, SNMP, DHCP, OSPF, and EIGRP on Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience in upgrading Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, Log Collectors, Cisco Firewalls, and Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including the creation and management of resource groups, virtual networks (VNets), virtual machines (VMs), firewalls, and VPN configurations to support scalable and secure cloud infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience working with tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Backbox, and Dell APG.
