Since i was a little girl i have been penning down my thoughts about larger issues like death,peace and war and life in general. Creative writing has been,for me, a window from my heart to the world outside through my pen. Poetry has been a genre i have successfully experimented with. I have been fortunate to have few of my articles published in leading dailies since school. Sketching and primarily portrait sketching has been something of a stress buster for me from childhood. In painting when the colors fill the canvas the picture in my mind comes to fore. I have tried my hand at different forms of painting like water colors,oil pastels and others. Art is a form of meditation for me because when i am in that space there is no measure or awareness of time.
