10+ years of experience in maintenance. Managing maintenance operations for reducing breakdowns/downtime and enhancing the operational effectiveness of equipment.
An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
· All Daily/Monthly report check, verify & forward to Technical Lead.
· Ensure timely completion of PPM Activity as per the 52-week planner.
· Follow up with concerned vendor for PPM Activity & Rectification of the defects in the system.
· Adhere with all logbooks, Records and get it verified by Technical Lead.
· Planning of Training & Development of Technical staff by Tech. Sup. Or Concerned Vendor for Smooth operation & awareness of system.
· Finalization of logbook, checklist & PPM Schedule for audit purpose.
· Follow the process (service now portal) of change management & Incident management as per Client requirement for PPM activity or Breakdown of equipment’s.
· Monthly AMC vendor & Landlord meeting for better service & communication.
· Monitoring team performance and regular feedback for improvement.
· Prepare Energy consumption tracker & Plan for energy conservation.
· Arrange all preparation for Bny Technical audits documents.
· Prepare & implement on time 52 Week Vendor PPM, In house PPM & 52 Week task calendar.
· AMC Tracker preparation & Take follow up for timely AMC Contract renewal.
· Assist to Technical lead in preparation of weekly reports/tracker.
· Plan for Annual power down activity & communicate with concerned Vendor, Client & Landlord in Advance & carry out successfully.
· Arrange monthly meeting with client (Engineering Head) for feedback & Improvement regarding engineering system.
· Involved during consolidation project. (Integrated System Test, Snag point rectification, Handover documents, Asset register etc.) Get the Mandatory documents from Project Team as well as OEM Vendor.
· Preparation of monthly attendance report & following up with 3rd part vendor.
· Coordinating with base builder for critical equipment’s ppm reports and schedules such as a
DG, Lifts, HVAC, FAS, Sprinkler, UPS Systems.
