• IT Workforce analytic: Efficiency comparison of our IT services to that of global standards IT staff to Institute staff ratio, where in general Industry Standard of IT Staff Ratio 1 : 20-75 (depends on multitask of services/facilities) where i managed with very low staff ratio of 1:155 rather than the industry i.e for approx 600 plus staff strength.
• We do huge unmatched savings on AMC and FMS cost and visiting costs of service engineers from outside vendors, where we ourself diagnoses or later request market services for particular part or service required. Proactively managed with my team and diagnose hardware or software related problems and if require to for some part change we higher private services. This leads to save lot of capital to institute as we don't have any AMC of almost all ICT devices.
