• Performing extensive analysis on the sourced reports of Next gen, Mainframe and SAP systems to support intercompany daily reconciliation.
• Managed the reconciliation of multiple general ledger accounts
• Identify and resolve all variances before final processing of Accounts.
• Research and reconcile items aging more than 7 days.
• Daily interaction with US based client to resolve queries via email/phone.
• Reconciles all claim payments and reversals that were missed in the original posting process.
• Uploading manual journal entries in SAP as and when it requires to keep the accounts in balance also post the JV to move the fund from one account to other account with a valid backup as per the requirement of accounts open items.
• Making payment in company software and posting JV to clear that item in SAP.
• Reconciling month end accounts where we need to store backup for the line items in company database.

Wire Payment Transfer:

• Prepared Intercompany settlement report for wire payment request.
• Prepared wires templates on the basis of intercompany settlement report amount.
• Processed payment requests in SAP through Repetitive code.
• Ensuring all wires have been released on time.

Internal Revenue Services (IRS):

• To verify whether payments made to the vendor are tax reportable or not under IRS laws.
• Preparing and sending IRS daily balancing report making sure that all the payments are recorded correctly in the system.
• Working on exceptional payments where SSN or TIN of payees is not updated in system and those declined by system.
• Inputted new payment in system which are tax reportable.
