Petrochemical-1-Cumene, Phenol and Cyclohexanone 4. Petrochemical-2-Caprolactam and Nylon-6 5. Petrochemical-3-EVA/LDPE, EPR, TPO and pMMA 6. Petrochemical-4-MTBE/Isobutylene, MMA and Metathesis 7. Interconnecting -Common Pipe Way, Main Substations, Flares, Cooling Towers, Marine and Berth, Fire Water Network, Sea Water, Additional tanks & pumps in existing area, CCR3, Interconnecting Power & Control Cables. 8. Common Utilities-ASU, Compressed Air, WWT, Incinerators, Potable Water, Fire Water, Fuel Gas 9. Tank Farm-Feed, Product, and Intermediate Tanks, Associated facilities. 10. Main pipe way/rack and piping within B/L. Main responsibilities include. 1. Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports for Commissioning and Start up of Polymer/monomer plants. 2. Updating status of Material procurement, Standardization and Cataloging of spares, Capital spares procurement, direct charge procurement. 3. Provide spare parts support to Commissioning contractors/ vendors. 4. Update Warranty Claim status. 5. Indexing and documenting critical documents related to Engineering and Planning. 6. Finalizing and releasing Weekly work schedules following Plant Ranking and Unit ranking. 7. Releasing and Maintaining General maintenance KPI’s reports and deviations and suggestions for correction. 8. Coordinating Meeting with PMT(Project Management Team), materials and standardization Team and Planning and engineering Yeam for spares parts status. 9. Leading and organizing planning Team of 10 Planning Engineers. 10. Preparation of documents for planning and Scheduling Daily, weekly and Monthly deliverables.

Responsible for Planning of Ammonia/Urea and NPK fertilizer plants

1. Planning (material and Manpower) and Scheduling of Daily Maintenance Activities.

2. Responsible for KPI compliance report submission weekly and Monthly. (Man-Hour Utilization, Schedule Attainment, PM/CM ratio attainment, Re-work ratio, back Log KPI)

3. Conducting Meetings on JSA, Kick of Meeting before project start-up with Vendors and others. 4. Preparing interim and final report of Maintenance activities for Management review. 5. Recording Man-Hours for Vendors and Employees for ManHour calculation. 6. Arranging External and internal Services for various Daily and Emergency Shutdown Maintenance activities.

7. Preparing Task List for repetitive Jobs.

8. Updating General Equipment BOM and Task list BOM

9. Creating Revision and Tracking Number for Emergency Shutdown Jobs.

10. Preparing Bar Chart/Gantt in MS project for project execution.

11. Liaison and coordination with other departments for SHE critical items, Major Activities identified and CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operational Expenditure).

12. Preparing PM Task list for identified Jobs and Scheduling Cycle for PM Jobs.

13. Issuing ROR (Release Order Request) and JCC (Job Completion Certificate) to Contractors.

14. Raising PR for external services, sourcing material, following up delivery date for each material and Service activity.

15. Report submission for PR status and material Delivery status to management.

Worked as Assistant Manager Mechanical In Utility Section in 40,000TPA capacity Phenol Plant, 24,0000 MTPA capacity Acetone and 5225 MTPA capacity H2O2 Plant.
