Prof. Dr. Chaitanya Niphadkar (Professor Krishna) is an internationally recognized academic leader, researcher, author, and edupreneur with over two decades of experience in higher education, leadership development, human resource management, organizational behavior, and change management. A UK alumnus of Lancaster University and a Harvard Business Impact–verified Educator, he has contributed extensively to academic research, innovation, and learner development through teaching, research supervision, publications, and institutional leadership.
