Prof. Dr. Chaitanya Niphadkar

Prof. Dr. Chaitanya Niphadkar (Professor Krishna) is an internationally recognized academic leader, researcher, author, human resources professional and management consultant with more than two decades of experience across higher education, learning and development, organizational behavior, human resources, change management and sustainability. 

As the Executive Director of SUNKING CONSULTANTS (UAE), he has made significant contributions to developing future leaders through university teaching, doctoral supervision, research, executive consulting, training and organizational development.

An alumnus of Lancaster University (UK) and a Verified Educator with Harvard Business Impact Education, Prof. Niphadkar is the creator of the "Champ Performer" concept and the holder of a UK patent in research design.
